Ruined my hairI have requested my 2nd colour set to be a little bit lighter than my previous colour however I was very very disappointed as it makes my hair orange especially during the day. It is not ash brown as I want it to be. The formula made my hair so brittle and very very dry. Very disappointed and will no longer renew my subscription especially they’re increasing the price! Very HAPPY with my new hair color formulaESalon and I worked together to tweak my original color to an even better color based on my request to have more red and blonde in my 8 level medium golden blonde. Although I would like even more blonde or highlights in my hair, in general am so very pleased with the outcome of this new formula. It is close to my hair color in my 20's and appears very natural. Spot on colorAfter answering the questions during the order process, I just crossed my fingers hoping the color would be okay when it arrived. I was so pleased after using it for the first time. Needed Color Change a Success!I ordered what I thought was the right color, and it was not. I have stubborn greys and the color did not cover well. Yvette S. changed my formula and got it right! KEEPS GRAYS AT BAYI was very skeptical and thought the price was high for this color, but so far the grays are not surfacing. It's only been 2 1/2 weeks so far, but there's not a stray gray anywhere and that's my main concern. Wrong ColourMy plan said medium golden brown and and I have ended up with very dark brown flat hair with no golden tones at all. It looks awful and I am so unhappy. Embarrassing ColorAfter coloring my hair, following the directions, I had an obvious line where my greys had been. Where the grey was is now a reddish/brown, then a distinct line and then the brown color my hair should be. I colored it in coordination with a hair appointment and was mortified my hair looked like it did. My stylist asked what happened.
