Lovely color butColor is very natural. However it started out at the ordered color, medium golden copper brown but faded within 2 weeks to a honey light brown on my partly white partly brown hair. Repeat order I wasnt aware ofI've used esalon once, the dye was OK, nothing particularly special and the colour faded significantly within a week or so. I use an expensive shampoo and conditioner for preserving colour and a conditioning spray every time I wash my hair too. I've also never experienced such a strong chemical smell from a dye before, the fumes made my eyes water and a small amount went down my nose and into my throat while rinsing my hair. My throat was incredibly sore for about 2 weeks afterwards. But to make it all worse I've just had just shy of £30 taken from my account for a repear order. I must have ticked a box somewhere to say I wanted a repeat order (I'm normally very careful about anything like that), but at £27.95 for a home kit, that amount definitely wasn't obvious when I made my first order of around a tenner. WRONG AGAINI am so disappointed, even though I had several emails with the colourist, she didn't send me the right stuff again!. This is the 2nd time I received a colour incorrectly. First Time Using eSalson!I like my color! The directions were very easy to follow and I think it turned out well. Although next time I will probably order both the custom color and the custom ends refresher because the one bottle was barely able to cover everything. Color is a too dark, but I do like the product.How can I adjust my color? I would like more copper and less brown. This first time it was a little dark.
