Great productsI was super nervous to do this as I’ve always only went to a salon but to my surprise it turned out well! I did have some help with the back since it was my first time. It took longer than intended due to me going so slow and having longer hair. I think next time I will be able to be faster. I’m so glad I took a chance and did this. My hair is so shiny and soft now! What will it take, me quitting?I’ve been with you since 2015, and have recently asked to have less brown in my color, and add more purple pearl or Mahogany. Neither times has my color come to me correctly, so I write another note to my colorist in hopes they will get it right on the next shipment. This has been going on for 6 months and I’m ready to quit. All I would like is a mahogany coloring that will cover my gray. If the color I am selecting won’t work with grey then let me know. If the color I want isn’t available in your company, then let me know. If my hair will turn red when I go to use the mahogany,,,,let me know. Did the formula change?I've been using eSalon for a few years now and only recently started having a problem with the color not lasting more than a week in my hair! Last product was not goodI have been disappointed by the last shipment. The color faded off within 8 days revealing my grey hair. FarbeDie Farbe war mir zu hell , aber das ist nicht das Problem, das kann man bei der nächsten Bestellung ändern. Mein Problem ist das sich die Farbe sehr schnell auswäscht und man schon wieder färben muss, weil es sonst unmöglich aussieht. No Color DifferenceI ordered an intense pearl shade for my brown hair. It’s currently caramel colored from 30V creme lightening in my previous dyes. I wanted a nice deep purple shade and that’s what it looked like in the visual example. The dye itself looked purple, however, it provided no purple shades whatsoever to my hair. Sub-par grey coverageI used my latest product on Sunday July 3rd, I followed the instructions and today July 5, I see grey.
