Love, Love, Love!Genevieve mixed my color and what a beautiful job she did! This is a blend of my natural colors. I’m a light golden blonde with red tones. As I’ve gotten older more blonde and now grey has been coming through. This color from Esalon and Genevieve nailed it! Definitely will ordering again. Great kitI have went back to my old hair color for my roots (local shops) and the color just does not color my gray. This one does the job. Orange!I was excited to try this product after reading such great positive reviews. I went through the process and followed directions to a tee! My hair was not blonde, but a hue of orange! I let the team know and said they would adjust the color and I need to follow directions. Hmmmm, what I did. Anyway, I received an email that my order was about to ship, so I hopped on line and skipped to the next shipment. Received an email a few days later that they had sent my color and charged me! I don't want your products! They don't work Called customer service, she said I did not cancel shipment( what!)
