Perfekt getroffen!Nach einem kurzen Telefongespräch wegen dem Farbton, , bevor ich eure Haarfarbe benutzt habe ( hab noch ein paar Tage Mut gebraucht 😊 ) habt ihr den perfekten Ton getroffen! Disappointed!I've been a customer for years and I never really had an issue until lately. The color seams to fade quickly but it also doesn't seem to be grabbing or holding onto the hair it has been applied to. The color now doesn't have that shine to it anymore. I have complained for the last 6 months and have been working with them to get a better color out to me, I have even sent photos with the right color to them. Unfortunately, the color I get back isn't even close and within a week or two has lightened up to a nasty puke Orangie/yellow color. As far as it does not stay on my hair, they just print in my instructions to leave it on 10 minutes longer. I've done that and knew that's not the answer.
