In general, a person will typically lose up to 200 hairs a day. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Exploded and didn’t workI followed the directions but it didn’t work. My hair is not cute right now. Some of it got super red and some of it didn’t change at all. The worst part was both bottles exploded everywhere. It sprayed out of the bottle so fast and strong as soon as I opened it. It’s on the floor, ceiling, cabinets, chairs, literally everything. Easy, fast and, most importantly, looks and feels amazing!I've been a customer since 2013 and have no idea why I haven't added a review yet but here I am now. There aren't many companies that I've stayed with for over 10 years but eSalon is one of them. Their products are fantastic with excellent colorists available right away to make any adjustments. Love the color, not the priceI love the color chosen for me. However for the price I would think it would work as good as the brands you can get in the store but I have not seen that. I have colored my hair three times and last two times there is a spot that didn't get colored though I know it was saturated with color. FantasticI was very hesitant to dye my hair since it had never been processed with color before. I knew I wasn’t quite ready to go spend salon money so based on the great reviews online and how to videos, I decided to give this a shot. Not only was the process super easy, but the stylist team was extremely helpful in formulating the right color choice for me. The process was easy and while the color wasn’t an exact match to start, it still looked nice. I reached out to my stylist and she recommended one shade darker and sent me a whole other kit at no cost! Worked Perfectly!I just tried eSalon for the first time. I had grays and root growth, with old color from a salon. I was nervous about getting everything covered and colored right. I could not be more thrilled! Roots and grays are gone, and my hair is one color, and it looks fabulous! I've been paying at least $150 for salon color for decades. Love this productThis is a good product for the price. I didn't have time before my appointment with my hair dresser so I brought it to the shop and he did it for me. He loved the product toll me to keep buying it it was not harsh on my hair. I normally do my dying at home.
