Didnt cover graysI followed the instructions. But most of my grays didn't get coloured. And the Grays that did get coloured has more of a purple tint. Now my roots look light compared to the rest of my hair. I don't like the results. It is not worth the effort. Hair colorIs it possible for hair color to be affected by the heat in transit? I wasn’t able to apply the hair color until last week. I was out of town but had people picking up my mail. Turned blond highlights greenColor turned blond hi lights greenish under indoor lights. Did not cover grays after 2nd wash. Still has greenness color. Does not look good. Love the colorI always liked the color but it wasn't as easy to apply as I had hoped-for. That being said. I still used it. Now I have let my hair return to its natural color.
