Washed outI followed all steps & products and waited 2 full days to wash hair as usual. Hair color came off onto my hat & pillow and after first week more color washed out, the greys & norm hair show through. I only shampoo every other day & use J&J baby shampoo, no other. I do not use styling products, chemicals or blow dryer. Prep to dye-ive tried clean hair/48hr no wash hair, extra roots/ends product/process. Also purchased & tried tint rinse boost-leaves residue on everything! & pigmented conditioner. Im not sure why this is NOT taking to my hair? Healthy hair border med-fine, shoulder length. My regular salon is open again...But who cares? My has grown from short to shoulder-length, my eSalon color is gorgeous and covers my gray well, the Lights system added another dimension, and I get compliments on my color ALL THE TIME. I love when people ask me who my colorist is - and I point them directly to eSalon. I explain that I actually got to work with a colorist at eSalon to get to my color, how responsive she was, and that the customer service is excellent. Additionally, I'm saving a ton of money. PerfectionI love this whole system for coloring my grey hair. It looks totally natural and the weekly conditioner keeps it lasting till my 7th week of recovering. Need a TRAVEL SIZED VERSION of my hair color to do root touch up on long trips!Have you thought about this? I would buy it. Travel is back. But i can't take the bottles on the plane - too large. I'm often gone for weeks at a time and would like to touch up roots. Or just want one to keep in my travel kit in case a trip is extended or i miscalculate.
