Grays not coveredI followed the instruction and was disappointed as the grays were not covered. I have forever colored my hair at home and tried various over the counter hair color product. Still not sticking.I’ve followed instructions to the letter all 3 times and my hair is still grey. The product is just not working for me. Nice but I still ended up with color patchesI followed the instructions and somehow I still ended up with color hair patches. It’s also a little redder than expected. I was aiming for golden copper. Color turned way too dark I had to go buy color removerI had to go to Walgreens and get color remover to get the way too dark brown removed. This did not happen with the color kit I received before this kit. I can't afford mistakes 😢 like this last experience. I wrote to you abt my pkg being unusually late and it was damaged, scrunched up when it arrived. I was very very surprised. It wasn't bad enough to not open but clearly not in good shape.
