Complete packageI received my first esalon package and everything was included which was awesome. The coloring process was straight-forward as I have colored by hair in the past. The gloves were sturdy, the smell wasn’t too loud and the shampoo made my hair really soft. Unfortunately, the dark brown only darkened my gray roots to medium brown….leaving an obvious line of demarcation. I wear a center or side part most days. NOT a good look. From a lovely mixed shade of silver to dull brownI asked for my silver to be blended where it was darker. I wanted it to look natural and the colors to blend gradually. I didn't ask for coverage. A medium blonde was picked. My hair was a flat shade of dull brown. Ash was sent to correct it. I cried. Then it was a mousey shade of sorta purple-looking brown. I would have liked the purple without the brown! I was never consulted, so why this shade was chosen I don't know. The end result was $150 out of pocket to have the color bleached out and 3 hours of time I didn't have. Oh, I also spent 30 on a shampoo to pull the crappy color out. That only made it look flatter prior to the ash. I would try Madison if I was going to advise anyone to do this. But you won't print that. You have my address if you wish to reimburse me or send me product to compensate me for this miserable experience. I won't post the pictures on Instagram. I will at least do you that kindness. Just perfectthe color was perfect, it covered the gray, and love the whole package! Highly recommend! Updated Aug 3 As it turns out, didn't cover the gray like I thought. Beautiful product!I have to say I was really nervous this time coloring my hair as it had been 20 years since I last colored hair. But I had some gray and wanted to try eSalon to see what the quality is. I love the product, it went on effortlessly and was not messy, which concerned me as I have MS and my dexterity at times and shaking but it went on easily thank you. It has not fully dried yet to see the color but I think it will be pretty with my natural color. Thank you for the quick shipment.
