I LOVE THE RESULTS!I was absolutely not expecting the colour to come out THAT great! Andrea created my custom colour exactly how I had wanted it (and I didn't give her much to go on with). I am amazed at how accurate the colour turned out. I wanted to a shade or two lighter than my original dark brown hair with a hint of mahogany/red tones and cover some greys. The custom colour did exactly that and then some. The entire kit was so personalized (even came with a poem) and esalon thought of everything. I would definitely continue to order my colours from esalon going forward. ExcellentI love you , my original hair color as a child was golden blonde as I got older it started getting darker and darker . I always wanted that golden blonde back but every time I would try to dye it with store bought color I would turn red . My first & second shippment was the perfect color.The color are fantastic, but for some reason my last order contains much red in it. I was disappointed after the coloring. I am to sick to report this matter at present. i had major back surgery. Please do not change my formula. Thank you.
