First try…This was my first try with eSalon, and I was so very excited but the color pay off wasn’t what I expected. I wanted more intense from the “intense red” I received and the formula (hair dye) was weirdly warm and sprouted out the bottle and grew like elephant toothpaste and a science experiment. . Cant cover grays. I thought I had cancelled but they resent and charged me $34I TRIED to cancel after first failure. but they resent another batch which is just as ineffective as the first. They said the color I wanted was too darkI specified I wanted to cover a bad haircut which I was clear on. Now I have an even lighter color that shows every flaw, and I get to wear a hat now for weeks until I can fix this. I didn't think they were going to go lighter!
