Trying adjusted color - Update10 years of using your product, is still my fav color kit, the variety that I can choose from is great, the shampoo packets are great, but the bottles are a little pricey for my budget. This order had an adjustment on my request and Andrea my colorist was obliging. Andrea, my latest pic shows the adjustment, very nice tones on this one, thank you. Little darker than what I was visualizing, but that is ok! You and your team are the experts on adjusting! Rep lied to me about the ingredientsIncredibly angry right now, esalon. Despite what I was told by a rep, the ammonia-free formula is NOT PPD-free. The email assures me that while it's made in the same facility as your products with PPD, the 0% formula is PPD-free. Based on that email, I ordered the product. I just did a patch test, because I always patch test, and I developed a giant hive where the product was applied 10 minutes into the test. I removed the solution, took an antihistamine, and then Googled the product and found out that - guess what - it *might* contain PPD. WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE ADVISE THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS PPD-FREE WHEN IT IS NOT? Do you realize that people can end up in the E/R or die? I carry an epi-pen because of my allergies. Perfect hair color every timeVery easy to use and looks better than the salon. I have used this product more than a year and just love the color. Worth trying and definitely worth the money. You will never have to go a salon to have your hair colored. Covers the grays perfectly 🥰. They are very helpful in changing your color . Love My ColourI was nervous to try a colour from the internet, but really wanted to get my original colour back. As I've aged it's changed. You hit it spot on! I absolutely love and can't wait to try some more products. Updating my pic to show the colour right after I did it. It's just like it was when I was 18 and untouched. First try…This was my first try with eSalon, and I was so very excited but the color pay off wasn’t what I expected. I wanted more intense from the “intense red” I received and the formula (hair dye) was weirdly warm and sprouted out the bottle and grew like elephant toothpaste and a science experiment. . Cant cover grays. I thought I had cancelled but they resent and charged me $34I TRIED to cancel after first failure. but they resent another batch which is just as ineffective as the first.
