Not what I expected.I was hoping to go a lot darker and even received an email from the stylist that I was going two shades darker and she recommended going darker gradually. My hair barely changed. I’d give it zero stars if possible. Black dye turned my hair orangeI was honestly so excited for my order to come!! I thought, FINALLY, an amazing blue black dye that won’t just wash out after 3 shampoos. Wow. How incredibly wrong I was. I’ve NEVER experienced Blue Black Hair Dye, bleaching my natural medium brown hair ORANGE. The dye out of the bottle was such a gorgeous blue black tone and I had no doubt it would fully take with my hair, as I could see the beautiful black tones coming through. I followed ALL the instructions to a t. Washed the dye out as directed, and I go to the mirror expecting my hair/roots perfectly colored black. UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. MY ROOTS WERE ORANGE. Almost as if I had used bleach. I began brushing my hair out, and my husband couldn’t even believe how light my hair had turned. My NATURAL color isn’t even this light, nor does it have an orange tint. I honestly didn’t know it was possible for black dye to bleach ones hair, but thanks to ESalon, I now know, it is most definitely possible. I’ve always had extremely healthy hair, but now I am absolutely Terrified to attempt covering up this god awful color. I’m just dumbfounded. I’ve been dying my hair since 2006. This is the first time I actually cried when the towel came off my head. I never write bad reviews, as I am in the service industry as well. RotstichLiebes esalon Team. Die Haarfarbe an sich ist wirklich ein tolles Produkt. Leider hat diese Mischung bei mir einen Rotstich (den ich endlich rausbekommen habe nach mehreren färben) verursacht. Das hat mich sehr geärgert. Ich wollte eigentlich ein helles kühles blond oder ein kühles hellbraun. Das habe ich auch mitgeteilt und eure Empfehlung war ein hellbraun, was ja nicht verkehrt ist aber ihr müsst die Kunden bitte darüber informieren ob bei einem schon vorhandenen Rotstich die Farbe dieses noch mehr hervorhebt. Ich bin echt nicht happy aber ich werde jetzt warten und hoffen ihr mischt mir diesmal eine Farbe ohne Rotstich. Danke 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Horrible Outcome.Based on the color chart and pictures I sent in, I ordered this color—medium Copper Blonde. I did as instructed and the color was less than appealing. It left my hair dry and dull. In my notes, to the colorist, I specifically asked for more of a strawberry medium blonde than copper plus with the photo it should have been closer to what was requested. I am totally disappointed and now have to go back to my stylist and spend the $120 to get the shine and luster my hair once had. I do not recommend it.
