The worstDidn't cover my gray made my hair dry as hay the worst hair color ever! I've always used box color natural instincts and my hair was very soft porosity was perfect. I'm so so disgusted. Good product but not what I was expectingI thought I was getting a strawberry blonde with intense copper red. Instead my hair looks reddish brown....I feel it almost went darker than I wanted. Can't stop the compliments!I LOVE THIS CONCEPT!! I must admit I was a little skeptical about coloring my own hair properly? However, much to my surprise I have been VERY successful in coloring my hair! I will be attempting to highlight it this weekend so I will let you know how everything goes! Great Custom Color Products and Color Specialists!I had never imagined coloring my hair myself until the pandemic motivated me to give it a try. Thank goodness a friend recommended eSalon! The color specialists helped me with my color selection and sent precise easy-to-follow instructions. (Their website has several how-to-videos, even for highlights!) I chose the autoship option which affords a discount on each color set, and I have found the colorists are quite efficient with updating any orders.
