I loved my color.I loved the color but it did not cover the gray at the roots completely. I even left it on and extra 5 min. It had been only 6 weeks since my last color so the gray wasn't that bad. Doesn’t cover graySadly, I am going to have to cancel my subscription. This is the second time that it hasn’t even touched my gray hairs. I’ve been a customer for a number of years. Amazing!I’ve struggled finding a box hair dye that’s the exact colour I have been looking for and that doesn’t damage my hair! I came across this on Google and thought let’s give it a try! When the box arrived with my order I was so impressed of how it was presented and the little extras I wasn’t expecting is a lovely touch! I coloured my hair the way the instructions told me and it’s exactly the colour I’ve been searching for! I’ve been telling everyone about this as it’s such great value for money!
