Color lasts longer for red hairI've tried the loreal color & co, and between them and eSalon, the eSalon wins hands down. I use an auburn like color on my long hair, the dye really covers my gray hair (roots mostly) and lasts longer than ANY box dye I have tried. I admit, I was skeptical when I opened my order up and saw 2 different color dyes. After reading the instructions though, I was impressed with the idea of one color for the roots, and one slightly different shade for the ends. I left the root color on 5 minutes longer due to my grays. The color was a little bright at first, but went away after 2 washes. Loved it!I really love the color they worked out for me as well as the highlights. I had my daughter apply both following your instructions. The only problem is that my hair started falling off after three weeks. I had my thyroid checked and it came back okay, so I’m putting my order on hold for now. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
