Really wanted to love itI have been dying my hair at home for 15 years so I know what I’m doing, my hair is also very short so it’s not hard to ensure complete coverage and VERY hard to miss spots. Best color system ever !!My boyfriend actually signed me up for this. I was extremely skeptical !! I have always used store bought brands and have always been somewhat satisfied with my results but for the cheaper than salons. Honestly, I never had any different results spending $100 or $11.00. So a short time after I received my first personalized kit. I mean truly personalize!! They had my name on the products formulated for me based on a short color match quiz. I colored my hair and followed all instructions. NEVER in my life have I colored my hair and it felt better than before I colored it. Usually, a bit dry and the feel of it had just been colored. NO!!!! not this one! And what is even more impressive is that after a month of it being colored it still feels as soft as the first day!! Even my boyfriend noticed the texture and the look of it being healthy AFTER I colored it. Crazy! I can't go without mentioning the grey coverage!!! Again, NEVER have I been able to cover a patch a of grey around my forehead hairline. This system completely covered it all !! I have had the patch of grey since I was in my 30's. I have always colored my hair lighter so the grey would blend better but now I may consider trying a color more natural to my own since I now have this great system and a hair support team on my side. This is an extraordinary product for anyone who wants to change their hair color in a healthy nourishing way. I would recommend this product to anyone. FantasticI have used several different online hair color subscriptions (M.R and CC&C) and this one has been the best! In the past, I chose a color and totally missed the mark. With Esalon, I sent a photo and they chose the color. The color looks incredibly natural! I have had lots of compliments. Warning- it starts out looking way darker when it wet but once my hair dries it's perfect. E salon SUCKSFirst off, I was super excited to receive my color set. Rave reviews and quick shipping…love. I told my colorist my current hair color and the color I wanted to achieve. My natural hair color is brown, however, my hair is currently blonde. I wanted to go for a light brown. However, I would’ve been nice to know that I would need an orange or red color beforehand to get rid of the blonde. So, my hair is completely the same. Nothing at all as changed. I’ve been crying forever. Oh and also…..my volume 20 developer just EXPLODED everywhere. I was sitting in bed and heard a strange noise. I look over and the developer is on the ground with hair dye ALL over my room. My walls are now stained with hair dye (which I will get fined for so thanks eSalon, I appreciate that). My sheets, blankets, makeup, skincare, carpet, floor, walls, clothes, and blinds are all COVERED with hair dye. I highly recommend staying away from this company. When were they mention in those high-valued magazines? What, in 2010? Because they sure don’t deserve it now.
