Hot roots, dull colorThis color wasn’t copper enough. I want a copper red. I ended up with hot roots and the color looked dull on me. I cannot afford to buy your color and then go to a salon, which I have done twice since beginning e salon. I have been coloring my hair successfully for over 20 years, so it is not for lack of experience. Also, the Camo Mist doesn’t work for me at all. I hope this next batch of color is beautiful. My Hair is Brown Instead of RedI just wanted to touch up the roots for my red hair color. I used the kit sent to me and instead of red hair, my hair is now brown everywhere except the roots which are clown-orange. I found the color very drying as well. Great results, small tweak was excellentExcellent results with the latest small tweak to the colour, many thanks. I think we've found The One for my paler hair. For now, anyway... Amazing!I gave my colorist the exact formula my hair stylist had been using on me (a specific dark red/burgundy) and they nailed it! The color came out looking exactly like it did after a salon visit! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and I love that everything is personalized with your name on it. Probably the worst my hair has ever lookedI did try to cancel after the first time I was supposed to get blonde and the already nice blonde I had was covered with a murky brown. I was told my colour would be adjusted to blonde for next time so I gave it another shot. After paying to fix the awful colour the first time I was short on time to go and get it done again so I risked it with my ‘revised blonde’ only to again have my nice blonde covered with an awful murky browny grey. Will need to pay to get this fixed again. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend, waste of time and money. Plus they keep sending me boxes and charging me even though I keep trying to cancel. Too Strong for hairI used this product for the first time today 10/2/2022 since I purchased in September, upon mixing developer and color I found the smell was a bit strong smelled of amonia when I put in my hair and followed processing times after shampooing and conditioning I noticed clumps of hair falling out of which I provided a picture. I cannot continue using this product.
