NO!I have sent 2 unanswered emails to customer care but WHAT happened with this color? Ive been using your product for years and never had any issues. The 2 bottles in my kit were distinctly 2 different colors, but i proceeded. My roots are brown and my ends are almost fuchsia. did not likecolor was way to dark. I followed instructions to a tee and yet when I rinsed my hair there were strands not colored and gray right there. It was a lot of color for the way you said to put on. I was very disappointed because to took time to do color and to see gray was upsetting. Of course it was right in front. Fantastic personal colourJust by telling ESalon about the colour I required they have succeeded in providing me with the exact colour I wanted. ESalon are very clever in how they customise your hair dye to do exactly what you want by sending them a picture of your hair and/or telling them what you want they are able to customise a hair dye just for you - just brilliant.
