Every color seems to be wrongI don't know what's going on but I have never had these many problems with my color in the past. Last color was practically black and this color, they sent a color for the roots which is perfect and another color for the ends which is terrible. Excellent ProductI absolutely love this color set and that it is customized personally for me. I absolutely love how my hair turned out, how soft it is, and I get lots of compliments, Ty E Salon.
