My Custom Color is Spot On A Perfect Match!I ordered quite awhile back (9 mo ago) and just got around to using. Nailed it.it's been hard matching my new hair colour but Jessica you've nailed it. When my first order was too dark and I told esalon they stepped back up and offered to adjusted the colour for me. This new blend is a perfect match to my hair and now my worries about my roots are solved. I don't have to go the shops to pick a box dye up thats another bonus or have worry that I won't get the same colour as the one I was using as the brand has changed their colours without notice. Esalon is sent straight to my door. I love my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much esalon for persevering with me. This is the only place I will be getting my colour from form now on. Not satisfiedThey sent the wrong color, I canceled yet they sent it after I canceled. Also Italked to a colorist and after I told her two times I couldn't use certain tones they sent the color with both tones that would not work with my hair they Also didn't give me a full refund it's not good business to send wrong color. My hair color is greatI love the custom color I received this order. Last order my color was too dark. I asked my custom colorer to add some highlights to my next color. So I purchased a couple months ago but then was afraid to do it. Instructions said to apply color to roots then the other color highlighter on rest of hair.
