Ok but not amazingFirst of all the is the second order I've received because the first one was horrible and didn't come out right. I even sent a photo and terrible. This time it worked. However in the shower while washing my hair with their shampoo, I lost so much hair I can't describe but it was literally what I unclog in my shower drain every couple months in one wash. Too darkThis color didn’t turn out as well as the first one. I really want a true strawberry blonde with a lot of copper tones. It was perfect the first time but this time it’s really dark.
