Greate Customer Service and ProductsI am so pleased with the wonderful customer service I receive with eSalon. The color I recently ordered for my roots wasn't quite as I had expected (too light), so I contacted the color specialist who sent out a darker shade, which is just right. Thank you for your great products and professional, prompt specialists. I also would like to add that this color does not seem to damage my hair, unlike in-salon color. Love this hair colorIf you color your hair at home this color is great. It lasts much longer than any color you buy from the Big Box Stores. I highly recommend this color. So great!This is an awesome way to color your hair at home! The results are amazing and it's so much better than sitting in a chair for hours and spending hundreds of dollars! Working with an actual colorist is also great, my color came out a bit darker than I wanted so my colorist is making my next color a little lighter and I added the light set kit to give it some dimension! Did anyone even read the notes?Root colour was ok, but the length colour was vastly different, didn't match the top and turned me from blonde to fully copper. Was awful. Very happySoft natural color that conditions and lasts!!!! I REALLY like the tiny rinse too. They really work with you to try to find the right color for you.
