ABSOLUTELY LOVEI’ve been a blonde for 15 years and was so tired of the maintenance. It was costing $120 but when I moved, I was quoted $300!! My hair was growing quickly and I needed to have my roots done very 4 weeks but I was not going to pay that price!! My mom, sister and grandmother have used Esalon for several years now. With the desire to die my hair my natural brown color, I filled out the application, the stylist got back to me extremely quick and less than 5 days, I received my color. The first one I got was great and it matched perfectly to my root color but I wanted it just a bit more darker. With no hesitation, I reached out to my stylist, she changed the color with no issue and I received my color in 3 days! I won’t be going back to a salon. I love eSalon! Fantastic results, easy to use and colour match made in heavenI was quite dubious to begin with but was willing to try to save some money colouring my hair. The results were much better than I expected. It was easy to apply, especially when all the kit had been thoughtfully provided with easy to understand instructions. The colour match to my usual professional colouring was perfect. There was left mess than the usual cheaper box sets and yet more colour to go around. My hair was glossy and perfectly covered. Order sent to wrong address................I looked for a contact and didn't see one. I am furious. I changed my shipping address, and it is still being shipped to the wrong place. We travel a lot and this is not the first time this has happened. Looks like I am going to have to cancel my account if this company is not willing to work with me, plus my product will be later getting here. And I am having to bother someone to have it forwarded on to me.
