AwesomeI’m so so happy with this! I stopped dying my hair around 4 years ago and embraced the grey but felt I needed a bit of a boost and took the risk of ordering from here. The colour is amazing and my hair feels so healthy and thicker oddly. The dye has faded a little on the grey around the temples but not in a terrible way and has covered quite well. I LOVE MY HAIR!Super easy process, can get a little messy so prepare an area that will more than likely get in touch with the color/products ( an old towel/ scrap of cloth for example). I felt the process went faster than it would've been in the salon, and I am happy with the results. My scalp can be pretty sensitive, but this doesn't irritate it too much at all. I love the tint rinse( in copper) that I use later on. Good coverage of gray hairI have been very pleased with the personalized colour I received. Because I have very short hair it would be more economical for me if they had an option for the amount of product needed. I have to dispose of at least half that’s not used. Colorist did not read my noteI had a couple of orders and LOVED my color. I did not order for a while and when I ordered again I thought I said all the same things but the color was very fake looking red. A red that is very unnatural. For my next ordered I looked up my previous color and put that in the note and I received the same FAKE UGLY RED! I really liked the original color so I’m willing to try one more time.. but it’s impossible to even contact anyone so im not going to hold my breath. Too bad. Gorgeous colour well worth waiting for!Will never go back to box dye from the high street again. Absolutely no stinging or irritation with this formula, and for a demi permanent the coverage and longevity is superb. Love how I get seperate formulas for roots and ends too, looks so natural.
