Permanent colorI love the texture of my hair after I color it, the shampoo and conditioner are really good. I like the color as it’s a little lighter than what I used to use before trying e salon . I have to order every couple of weeks because it takes way too long for me to receive the color when I’m due again. I will keep trying the next couple of times to see if there’s a better coverage. Poor supportDur to lack of support I did not use the product. I actually needed to send it back and try a different formula. I was told yo just test it on a strand. Don’t buyThe colorist are not helpful. When I called to get clarity about highlights she was not helpful and acted like I was bothering her. If you’re trying to cover gray don’t use this product. Gray comes back very quickly and the color isn’t great. Prices keep going up. Rich color, great gray coverageI have struggled with salon colorists for years to try to get exactly the color I wanted, and eSalon came through for me! Good productHave used this hair colour three times now. I like the colour although it can look brassy, which I see I am advised to buy a top up colour to reduce - so much for individually personalised colouring! It is also rather light on after colour conditioner. On the first occasion I just used the one provided in the pack - not enough, I have to use more. ColorThe color would've been great had I not ordered one with more red than brown as my natural hair is between a medium and dark brown, but once I'm in the sun or even bright office lighting, then the red is plain to see.
