coloration sombreBonjour : j'ai bien reçu la boite, excellente présentation, bonne coloration, mais vraiment la couleur la plus foncée de la mienne, j'aimerais une couleur plus proche de la mienne, s'il vous plait. GrayI'm sorry to say that the color is not depositing on my hair. if it does it is just a light brown so my roots are light brown or still gray. There are also light brown bloches all over my hair. I know you have worked very hard to try to get things right but I don't think your product is going to work for me. Waste of time and moneyNot only did it turn my roots orange (not the color I chose) and the rest a dark almost black, my greys aren’t covered and the 100% guarantee? Bogus! Arrived damaged…andNo complaints about esalon…love you! My box arrived with the Tint leaking. A little messy, but I could deal. But the applicator (developer) bottle had no tip on it…which I didn’t realize till I shook it together with the color! My bathroom looked like the scene from “Psycho”. Perfect color match!I was very nervous my hair would be to dark, but it looks just as good as a salon color. I can’t tell a difference at all. The instructions were so easy to follow. I do have to point out that if you have fine thin hair like me then the color set will last you two seperate sessions. I just wanted to make sure I followed the directions and mixed everything as directed, but then I realized I could’ve saved some of the dye for my next session. Ash BrowneFinally - I got the colour I want and asked for. I was always walking out of salons with brassy yellow hair despite telling them I do not want yellow - I want ash.
