So pleased!!!Your product is packaged so beautifully and personally! I have never colored my hair but at the age of 72 I was beginning to get gray around my temples. I have not been to a hair salon in 50 years, had no idea of what it would cost or where to go. Your ads were very convincing so I decided to try it. Once I received it I was hesitant to use it. My hair is very long and I wasn't sure there would be enough product. After 2 months I did use it and I was so pleased at the results. It matched my color so closely. My husband and my family have not even noticed that I had colored my hair which is what I wanted. My 12/1 shipment did not arrive and I thought it was due to the holidays. You actually contacted me to see if I had received my shipment! You immediately sent me another shipment which I am using today. Your service is remarkable and so personal. I thank you very much. Didn't cover greysI really liked the color but it didn't cover two stubborn grey spots. I'm wanting to get back to my natural dark brown color. Top of head has a lot of brown in it but the back is still black. Can all this be solved. Do not send my color until I decide what to do. Stronger smelling product, did something change?I have been a satisfied customer since 2015. In the past I didn't noticed much smell after applying product to my head for 30 minutes, UNTIL this last color that I received Aug. 2022. I could not wait to rinse it out, it was that bad, yes.
