the hair color is not coloring my greyI was wondering if your product has been reformulated because it is not covering my grey hair. I know grey coverage is difficult but the side of my head after coloring is looking like no coloring has been done. I have already told the customer service dept. about this problem and they said they gave me 20Vol but it still is not working! SatisfiedIm satisfied with my order but wish I could get the toner at a lower price. I don’t need it every time I color my hair just every other month. So I go to Sally’s and buy it. 6.71 Light Brown Matte AshHappy to finally find a light brown shade that doesn’t turn out black. I have almost 50% grays and this color covered my roots (6.71 Light Brown Matte Ash). I advise that you divide your hair in 6 sections for better application and gray coverage. I purchased it again and will continue to use it for root touch up. In the other hand, I had a negative experience with the “light to medium brunette toner” should not be advertised as a “toner”. My experience with that product is that it is a BLACK Demi-permanent color that doesn’t tone but darkens any shade you have in your hair.
