Great ExperienceI haven't attempted home hair products in 30 years and was very hesitant but desperate. I initially did not send a photo, when I added it, I heard from my stylist suggesting a change, to my plan and explaining why, The kit itself is so professionally organized and easy to use. I had a question during my hair processing so I called and spoke with a stylist immediately, even on a Saturday. My color was just what I needed and my hair feels and looks as healthy as before. Love feeling personalized...The set up is great! And I do like that I can adjust color if needed every month keeping in contact with my eSalon colorist. It does have a STRONG developer smell, that I wish wasn't so intense. Happy but have ?'sThank you. The color vibrancy is so much better, I love it. I followed the directions you gave me every time, I've done my own hair for many years. I do have a question, is it permanent hair color? I only ask because I did my hair two weeks ago this Friday and the color is going out too quickly around my face, I use shampoo's for keeping hair color from washing out. I have ordered the Caviar shampoo but it hasn't come in. I cannot afford to dye my hair every month. I already need to order fairly soon so I have it when the time comes. Great product--never going to a salon for color again!This is my third application of this product and it continues to deliver! So thankful I found such a quality coloring kit and can ditch the expense of going to the salon for this. Easy to apply and it leaves my hair soft and the color vibrant! Beautiful & High QualityI love my custom color. I took inspiration from a blog post on “butterscotch” brown and I feel like I finally found my perfect shade of brunette! The eSalon team is so helpful and responsive and make it so easy to switch up my color when desired. The personalized instructions and box full of all the necessary tools make at-home coloring a breeze. At first I was worried I couldn’t make my hair look as good as it does going into a salon, but I was so wrong! Now I look forward to coloring my hair every time it comes in the mail!
