Wow!I was dubious before doing this colour only because i haven't had the greatest results with box dyes. I followed instructions to the letter (something which i tend not to do and just whack it on!). Once hair was dried i really was pleasantly surprized because the colour was all even (never happens) the roots matched the (porous) ends and i was amazed! The fact you can ask for changes to the colour is brilliant, even though im loving my hair i have requested slight changes but its all easily done on the website. Oh My WOW!I'm 48 and have a fair amount of grey in my dark blonde hair. I was nervous about about permanent color because my hair is so long, but this was so easy! I absolutely love the results. Was great for a few weeksThe color was perfect and it covered my grays well. The packaging and instructions were great. The customer service was great.
