My roots are still red and fade out so quicklyMy request/goal was a hint of red in my medium-dark hair. This is auburn or was when I was choosing a color. A small amount of red to add a tone that was noticeable when the sun shined on my head, that was what I wanted. When I'm indoors under recessed light, my freshly colored roots look very red. A week later they are pale, almost pink taking on a glow. I'm now buying boxed ash brown to get by. The dual process should be the perfect system to create a completed coloring for my "simple" request especially with increasing grey to deal with. Not the colour I asked forI asked for intense copper and got something completely different.
