Not liking my rootsThe overall color was pretty decent. It is a nice red color, however my roots are not a good color. Using the root color did not cover the grays and came out almost pink and there is definitely a difference between my roots and the rest of my hair. Incorrect colourPlease can my colour be changed. The roots are lighter than the rest of my hair and doesn’t look right. I’m very disappointed with results and not quite sure what to do now 🤦🏽♀️. not at all what i asked forI have been hesitating to use my color because it took esalon FOREVER to get my color right, i took part blame for not asking for exactly what i wanted at first but after 5 or 6 tries they finally nailed it, i was so happy. then the next time i tried to order they tell me i have to "update my profile" and start all over because they changed their formulas, well. here we are right back at square ONE with color i HATE. I asked for a rich chocolate brown and i got blah borring ashy brown?? i am not bothering to pay them over a hundred dollars in new attempts to get me what i ask for. if i have to spend that money im just going to a real salon and getting exactly what i want the first time. bye esalon. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
