AmazingI normally don't write reviews, unless I'm reaaaaaaly impressed, and I'm absolutely blown away with this product. My hair is fine, thing, brittle, can't handle anything apart from washing. Any other brand hair dye will snap most of my hair 4 cm from scalp... But not this one, it's so gentle and my hair didn't notice any chemical influence on them. Also great bonus it's didn't strain my skin at all. Shampoo and conditioner is also something magical, I want to buy full size of them. Perfekte Farbe und Pflege für meine LockenDie Farbe sieht einfach super aus. Die Anwendung ist super einfach und mit der Anleitung echt easy. Die Farbe ist perfekt auf meine Locken abgestimmt und trocknet sie nicht aus. Dafür glänzen sie nach der Behandlung. SO EASY and GREAT COLOR!!I was so nervous about trying a darker shade for the first time, but it turned out great!! Beautiful highlights and low lights, and that SHINE!! I'm going to try a slightly lighter color next time, then decide which look is my favorite. Asking for a slight adjustment to my color was SO EASY to do online with eSalon's colorists!! I cannot wait until it's time to color my hair again!! I LOVE the shampoo and conditioner too!! My hair is so soft and healthy without that weird "spa" smell. Terrible Customer ServiceI have been trying to cancel my service since last September and Esalon keeps charging my credit card every month. I have moved and they send me an email saying they mailed my color to my old address.
