Delivered fast and nice custom packagingYes, it go delivered in less than a week. And yes i love that every bottle had my name on it. But, they don’t tell you that everything you need to get your custom color, cost EXTRA money. I bought the color i wanted. I wanted to go from dark brown, to light ash brown….. the hair dye made my hair look DARKER. I asked my friends and family and they all agreed with me. I really wanted to try to since they said it’s better quality than the box hair dyes. Yes, it’s prettier and more custom. But the color is the same as a box…. Shows one picture but when you dye your hair it doesn’t come out like the picture…. So then i looked around the website and i needed to buy lighter to lighten my hair…. And then i wanted highlights….. ALL those were additional charges that was not made clear. I’m just going to go to Sally’s. Coloration châtain foncéLa couleur est de belle qualité. Elle conserve sa profondeur dans le temps et ne se ternit pas. Les accessoires livrés avec (gants, protection, shampooing et masques) sont très appréciables et le coffret est joli. C'est comme un cadeau que l'on reçoit tous les mois. This product is the BOMB!I have never been happy with a hair color product - ever ! Until now. They matched my color perfectly, gave me advice, and it looks so natural. It did not sting or smell bad, it didn’t turn my hair orange, and it completely covered the gray ! Healthy looking hairI have always colored my hair myself with at home kits, which have left my hair feeling dry and dull. Amazing colour. Would not be without it now.I have been colouring my hair through esalon for a few years and have always been delighted. The colour is beautiful and seems to improve the condition of my hair. Even my hairdresser comments on the colour and condition of my hair.
