If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Better than when I went to salonI am in my late 60s and religiously went to salon every 4 to 6 weeks for color for over 25 years. But I stopped going during the pandemic and hopefully I can do it myself the rest of my life. Why.? It has never looked better. I actually get asked all the time who does my color and people are shocked when I say I do with eSalon. It took a few times to perfect formula, color, and my technique.
