I love these products!Comes with good instructions, and easy to use. Customer service is excellent! I love the way my hair feels (soft) and looks (shiny, rich, natural-looking) after I've colored my hair. For years I used drug store coloring kits that left my hair "too dyed" looking and that faded quickly, That's not the case now, I'm so glad someone told me about eSalon! Some things are worth spending a little more money on..If I was into highlights or ombre colors, I would go to a salon. I'm an all over color girl and it's pretty easy to do yourself if your not making a dramatic color change. Recently decided to try this service and very happy. The color is a good thick consistency and my hair feels less damaged and covers my stubborn greys. I do not recommend coloring your own hair if you are going a shade or two lighter or darker.
