Only 1 issueI do like this color set. I have been using it ever since the pandemic started and will probably continue to purchase it. It is way better than any boxed color you get at the store, super easy to use, doesn’t damage my hair and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing! The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the gray coverage it doesn’t provide. WOW!This is the first time I’ve tried this hair color. I must say I was skeptical. When I put it on it was really dark and I was scared! But, when I washed it off it was beautiful. Nice colour and coverageWhen I applied the colour I thought it was going to turn out a lot darker than it did but I am glad it turned out as it did. I think it looks good and is very, very close to the colour I envisioned. The product did not have a strong odour and my scalp was not burning or itchy when I applied it. Hair colourI have been using this hair colour for about a year now and I've asked for numerous changes to the tone/colour. Every time my colourist has listened to my request and made the changes. I'm still trying to work out what's for me, but I think this is because for over 20 years I had highlighted hair and couldn't even recall my natural colour. For the moment I love the mahogony tone and progressing towards perfecting my perfect colour. After colouring my hair it has always felt so soft and shiny and I personally feel that my hairs in the best condition that it has been in for years. I will continue to use this, as I find it easy to do and can be done in less than an hour, which is perfect as I have a very busy nursing job.
