Not anywhere closeI followed precise instructions, sent in pictures and everything. My hair went from a medium brown with gold tones to dark brown with auburn in it (I want to lighten just a tad). The color I picked was Golden Copper, so I knew there would be some red. Overall I would not recommend. Also made my hair very hard to dry and oily. Will be looking elsewhere.
