It was okLet me expand...I have always, the last few times loved the custom color created for me, but this time it came out very red and with no lightning of my hair so it seemed. gray roots still!I love the overall color but my roots are still gray! It did not color them to my satisfaction. I followed the instructions to the second. My roots are still gray. Wrong color/ Great customer ServiceAlthough I wasn't 100% happy with the way my hair color turned out (I was trying to fix my roots from looking too brassy from a previous dye job) I was very pleased with their customer service. Still the same thing as other product that I got from any storeIt no difference from the color I bought from any other store. It still cannot cover the gray hair on the edge of my face and forehead. Overall I like, and would recommend the product...just a couple of things.The consistency of the color makes it hard to get all hair covered. I find I sometimes miss little areas. I don't usually have this problem. Also, my last color didn't grab the hair as well. The color was quite a bit lighter at the root compared to the rest of my hair. Beautiful colorThe color was very pretty when I first applied it. It covered all the gray like I wanted. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks the color started to fade. Especially at the roots. I don't see any reason to pay the amount for this product when an OTC product works just as well if not better for a much cheaper price. So sorry.
