Same as store boughtWas hoping to be a better product than what I buy in the grocery stores, but found it's about the same. The smell was horrible and so strong I was concerned about breathing in all the fumes. Store bought does not have that harsh strong smell. I didn't find the color lasting any longer than store bought. Great system...butI loved the process of creating my color and the packaging that it came in. The color was what I expected. My only negatives are that I thought this product had a strong smell for a temporary color. Also, I lost A LOT more hair than usual after coloring and continued to have LOTS of hair breakage. I had to cut a several inches off my hair in hopes to improve the quality. WOULD NOT cover the graysNO matter how many times i used this product, it WOULD NOT cover my grays. Also, I very clearly CANCELLED ANY FURTHER hair color shipments from you, just a couple of weeks ago. I tried your product at least three times, it didn't work for me. NO hard feelings, just goodbye.
