DisappointedI'm really confused why the directions were so adamant that I only cover and process the roots then simply rinse through and leave on the rest for 1 min. The result is the middle and ends of my hair are yellow because the red in the last dye has rinsed out while my roots are a pinkish color. The root color is close to what I wanted but the effect overall is that my hair basically looks unchanged and washed out. not Happy with this Change!I did enjoy the initial darker mahogany adjustment to my initial shade but it proceeded to change and to lighten quickly and now is too brassy. Brassy is not something I enjoy. Highlights are still visible but overall I am not pleased. Just not what I hoped.I liked how clear the instructions were and how easy the process was. The color I was hoping to achieve would have been more copper. I do not see any copper in my hair.
