Unsatisfied with the productUsually I don't like to write negative reviews, but I have this time. The product was so strong that not only burnt my skin but it also broke my hair. I have very thick hair and now in the front my hair is so damaged. Plus the coverage of the roots was only for barely 3 weeks like every other color. The color itself was not medium blond at all, but it was kind of blonde more orange/red and I don't like red. I'm very disappointed. Product is so strong that I could not use the 3rd box. nice colour but not what I asked forI asked for a light ash brown and got what I would describe as a medium golden brown. I knew it was wrong straight away, when I was washing it out the water was a mustard colour, I would have thought that since I asked for a very cool ash colour it would have had more of a purple pigment. Iv washed it a couple of times one and it's gone quite brassy. Iv spent a fortune on toners, may as well have gone to a salon.
