Great product!I love this stuff! I can't afford to get my hair coloured at the salon every 4 weeks, but this stuff does the job just as well. My hairstylist misses meI started using eSalon over a year and a half ago when I was trying to reduce household expenses when my husband's position was eliminated. The quality of this product is salon-quality. Even my hairstylist is impressed. Most importantly, the color-match is perfect and their process of making that happen for you is spot-on. The questionnaire is very comprehensive and offers the opportunity of uploading two photos. I made one change to go a bit darker in the fall and simply sent a request and a new photo. Additionally, you set up the frequency and it shows up, beautifully packaged, right on time. I'm 55 and have been putting permanent color on my hair for 25 years. I've also seen the same hairstylist for 25 years. I see her now for cuts and a couple of highlight/lowlight appts. I am silver-gray and that's only for she and I to know. I LOVE this Hair Color!!I have used eSalon for a couple of years now and I LOVE their product! Even my hair stylist tells me, when I go in for a cut, that the color is the most natural that she's ever seen! I know that I am getting a professional product at a price that is well below what it would cost if I went to the salon for the same thing!
