Impressively close to my favorite coloristI was very impressed at how the colorist at eSalon, by just a few pictures and a short description of my hair in my own words, was able to imagine and create nearly the same combination of base color and highlights that my favorite colorist had derived for me in person! The only reason for the four stars is because the roots came out too light. But this was partially my doing by not emphasizing that the crown of my head is nearly entirely white. Great grey coverageOne thing I can definitely say is the hair color from esalon really covers the grey hair. I had been buying store bought hair color for many years and would find that it really didn't do a good job coloring my greys.
