Does not cover graysThis did not cover my gray. I followed the directions to a T and even had a friend here with me to go over it. My grays turned blond and after two weeks faded out to the rays again even when using the e salon shampoo and conditioner. Pleasantly surprisedI was skeptical to try this. I normally go to a salon to have my hair dyed because I am afraid if I do it on my own I will mess it up. I'm getting sick of paying salon prices so I figured I would give this a try. It was easy to apply. The instructions are simple. I was really happy with the results. eSALON ROCKS!!!I've NEVER been great at coloring my hair and usually have it done professionally. Easy, natural, flawlessI have used eSalon color for about a year now. It is easy-to-use and provides excellent coverage. I have been doing the root touch up where I apply color to the roots for 20 minutes and then add color to the rest of my hair for a short time to keep from over processing.
