AwesomeSo right from the start of creating my colour profile was a great experience, after placing my order a colourist called me to discuss my colour and as my hair is very very light, she wanted to be sure about my mix, as was worried I had used a high lift colour and anything Esalon could offer wouldn't be able to achieve the ultra light look I currently have, upon having a good long chat I explained my hair is crazy, I usually would use drugstore lightest ash blondes and that my hair I think just takes colour extremely well. I have previously bleached my hair but we are probably talking years ago, this shocked the colourist as my photo shows my hair as very light, I explained to her I feel the main issue I have is brassy orange/ginger tones that come through, they sent me an order to do my roots to try, it was a mix of the lightest blonde they do with ash and pearl tones! I was sceptical about the pearl, however, I have just done my roots and cannot express how much I love Esalon, the colour is an amazing match!(If not so much better!) Color and cost....The color wasn't as expected and the grey didn't cover completely. My bigger concern it the increased cost.
