It's just hair color and its 100% money back guarantee I got my box and it sat on my table for 3 days until I decided it was time to take the plunge and just do it. The color was much richer than store box color. I also noticed the bleed out from the red when rinsed wasn't as bad. Shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. My hair is no longer grey and I'm in love. Best hair colorI was so impressed with the color my hair turned out the best yet was I got by not having to color for 7weeks ! Also my hair felt so soft and heathly -the whole 7weeks! Just can't believe how great the whole exsperiance was Im still telling anybody and evertbody that will listen.
