love!Took me a few tries to get the shade right (my hair is medium brown and pulls red like a maniac also I'm overrun with greys at the tender age of38) BUT esalon colorists patiently worked with me and we got it! The dye holds up to shampoos (grateful they send both a skin barrier & color remover for drips and when go off hairline!) Sticky and waxy hair after dyingI haven't used this dye for about a year and always order the same color. Well today I dyed my hair and now my hair is sticky and waxy. It even gets on my hands when I touch my hair. I feel gross! The formula has obviously changed. Affordable great quality hair colorI used to spend a small fortune coloring my hair in the salon. I have lots of silver coming in all around my crown and need to touch up every 3 weeks or so. This product allows me to color my hair on my own schedule and with ease.
